Absolutely beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, good selection of classes, an enjoyable experience! All the instructors are well skilled, good knowledge, keen to help and good maners. The reception staff are great too, they always answer the phone in time and help with different informations. Best of luck to the new manager Rodrigo!

I have been a member of this gym for 2 years now, and I do not have too many objections. The gym is clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Changing rooms with plenty of lockers and just enough showers. Water temperature can be sometimes hard to set, with some extremes from dead cold to boiling hot. The equipment is mostly well-maintained but there are some older, very tired and close to retirement pieces. Those should be actually scrapped as they do not serve any purpose no longer, and on some occasions those pieces could be described as a health - risk. There are some important machines missing, and I would love to see them coming in. There also is a swimming pool (quite all right actually 👍), a tiny jaccuzzi, steam room and sauna. Different classes are widely available with no additional costs. And finally there is large and very accessible parking. In general, I must admit that the gym has gotten better since my first review, and I truly hope those last few issues will be soon rectified. If I have any real negatives in mind, then that would be the gym's app. IMHO, and for me personally, it is terrible, lacks any real functionality, performance is s...low, and quite often it just freezes. But since I can live without it and avail of all the gym's amenities... who cares 🤷

It’s an alright gym/club, but the cleanliness/state of some areas is very questionable I’ve been a member for a month and I chose this gym based on location and the wide range of facilities. I guess I can start with the positives which for me are definitely - The facilities - pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, lots of space - Good gym equipment - It’s got a nice relaxation area with vending machines, tables, coffee machines etc - Staff seems lovely Now for the things that aren’t so great and ruin the experience a bit: - The state of the women’s showers is absolutely disgusting. They are quite literally falling apart and in serious need of a renovation. Pieces of the ceiling have come off and there is so much MOLD on the ceiling. I think this just isn’t up to the health and safety standards of a club that’s a lot more expensive than your usual gym and is quite modern in other ways. - The filth inside the jaccuzi… Once the bubbles turn off (they turn off after a while for a few minutes and then back on), I was left shocked by the state of the inside of the tub. There were yellowish/brown splatters on the bottom and edges of the jacuzzi itself, as if it was stained with something. It’s hard to ignore as you’re just sitting in there and the whole bottom is dirty… It can’t be that hard to empty it and give it a good scrub. The smell of chlorine in the hot tub is really strong as well and made my head hurt (probably to kill the bacteria), and I am usually someone who likes the smell of pools. If they renovated the showers/pool area it would be a great place but at the moment it’s just a little rough! The gym itself is grand but I chose this club specifically for these extra features, so I am a little disappointed with that… :(

It’s a good gym layout is not the best but it works. Staff need to honour the closing times, if gym is closing at 6pm there shouldn’t be an announcement that it is closed at 5:45pm, because if so then the times need to reflect that online. We were rushed out of the place a good 15 minutes before closing. That is unfair to members arriving at 5pm for an hour workout

Was a member, tried it out a few times and decided it wasn't the kind of place for me. Per the contract I was entitled to a refund as I was in the cooling off period, however having chased it up multiple times I still haven't received it, or even any communication explaining why not. Wouldn't go to a dishonest business that doesn't honour contract promises. Edit: below the owner claims use of the gym means no refund is permitted, however on their Terms and Conditions page under 'Fees and charges', they instead say 'If you have used the Club, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable fee for your gym usage during this period.', not that no refund is permitted. https://gymplus.ie/terms-conditions/ I would have of course been happy with a partial refund with a reasonable fee given I used the gym a few times, but at no point until now did I receive any communication or explanation from the gym. So this seems like further dishonesty to me. I've been a member of multiple gyms and this is the first time I've experienced this kind of cheapness on a simple refund promise.
